The Russian Federation Government was instructed to provide additional support to the tourism industry in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol at the expense of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry national project in order to maintain employment and the efficiency of such organisations. The Government was also instructed to ensure that the funds received as voluntary contributions paid to the federal budget in transactions for the alienation of assets of foreign residents associated with unfriendly states, in terms of contributions calculated from the amounts of transactions presented at meetings of the subcommittee of the Government Commission on foreign investment control of the Ministry of Economic Development, are directed towards the development of tourism infrastructure.
The instructions for the Russian Government, together with the government bodies of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, concern the gradual reduction of the disparity in income between the population of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol and the average for Russia, as well as the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region.
